Returns & Cancellations

We sincerely hope you enjoy your eShakti item, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. Please read our newly updated policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why eShakti offers you a hassle-free returns policy.

We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider), including custom sized and custom styled garments. Due to the COVID-19, it is possible that you find it harder to make returns as quickly as you would like. So we are extending the time allowed for sales returns from 30 days to 90 days. However, we do not accept items that are altered locally once delivered.

You may select one of two ways to receive your refund:

  • A refund of the item purchase price, made in the original form of payment.
  • –OR–
  • An eShakti Gift Card – this is store credit for the following: the item purchase price, any relevant customization fee, and the shipping fee associated with the returned item(s)

Please note that we will not accept returns of face masks

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your garment(s), please return your item(s) and place a new order & feel free to mention any changes that we should take into account from your previous order.

Note: eShakti reserves the right to provide only cash refunds per the cash return policy above and not through a Gift Card to any customer, based on the return and purchase history of the customer.

We will process your refund within 7 business days from the date of receipt of your returns at our facility. Please note that depending on your credit or debit card company, it may take additional days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Please note that if you choose to receive your refund via the original form of payment, you will not be reimbursed for any customization fees or original shipping and handling fees. Discounts availed through a gift coupon, special offer or any other promotional offer will be deducted while processing refunds.

Gift Card: For orders purchased with a Gift Card, your refund will be applied to the same Gift Card or a new Gift Card will be issued. Returned items purchased with a Gift Card are not eligible for a cash refund.

Overstock: Return of Overstock will only be refunded in the form of a Gift Card valid for one year. Please note, shipping costs incurred for Overstock will not be refunded


Preparing your return – Please initiate your returns online through the following steps::

  • Sign in to and scroll through your name in the top right. A drop down menu will appear.
  • Go to "My Orders" and scroll down to the order you'd like to return. Click on "RETURN" in the top right corner to raise a return request for that order.
  • Select the products you would like to return on the next screen and select the reason for the return. This will help us serve you better in the future.
  • Select the mode of refund (cash/gift card) and click on "Proceed" to raise the Return Authorization Request (RAR) successfully.
  • Print out the request and include it in your return package
Packing & shipping your return

Here’s how to prepare your return items for shipping back to us:

Pre-paid Returns Labels for Returns in the United States
  • For returns in the US, fill in your name and address on the pre-paid label included with your original order and affix it on the top of the box. Remove or strike out any other mailing address information from previous uses of the same box.
  • Seal your package securely and leave it for your USPS postal carrier, or take it to your nearest USPS post office. USPS accepts both FedEx and UPS return shipping labels. You may also take the package to your nearest UPS or FedEx store, depending on the return shipping label you have received (SmartPost is FedEx). Choose whichever option is most convenient for you! While insurance is not necessary, eShakti will not be responsible for lost returns or misplaced items that do not reach us.
  • Please note that if the pre-paid label is not used, we will be unable to reimburse alternate returns shipping methods.
  • - If you are unable to print the Return Authorization Request, please write the following information from the Returns Authorization Request screen on a sheet of paper and include that in your returns package:
