This dress was a teeny bit high-waisted on me, somewhere between Empire and natural waist, which flatters my figure perfectly Also, the overlap in front is not sewn down; it's open all the way to the waistband, so a pin or tacking it down with some thread is necessary so it doesn't come open. The skirt is lined, but not the bodice. The fabric drapes beautifully and looks great on. I ordered it with the 3/4 sleeves, which are neither super-fitted nor flared, and which go great with the style.
Overall, it's a stunning dress and I've gotten tons of compliments on it.
